Good Sleep

Having that 7-9 hour sleep helps in restoring the balance of hormones in your body and by doing this, your likely to feel better as soon as you wake up.

Having that quiet sleeping environment and timing your sleeping and waking up time really helps in hormone balance and production. Don’t take it for granted, but having that sweet sleep is really important.

Eat Carbohydrates

Carbohydrate-rich foods increase the production of Serotonin that’s why we feel like eating sweet, starchy foods every time we feel low. Try foods with less negative impacts like healthy, high-fiber sourced carbohydrates such as dense whole grain bread. Muffins are also essential in the production of those happy hormones in your body.

Stay Stress Free

Everyone goes through stress once in a while but having that regular, highly stressful life isn’t good because it drops the production of Dopamine and Serotonin hormones. If you’re having stress, it’s advised that you try taking a brief break from the source of stress, laughter, and even social interaction. Doing this may help increase the Serotonin, Dopamine, and also Endorphin levels in your body thus making you stress-free most of the time.

These are just a few things to try when you feel so low and down. They will work magic on you if you practice them. They will also keep you energetic throughout the day.
